Average chain restaurants use as many pre-made and packaged products as possible. They’re full of additives and chemincals. You won’t find any of that in Jim and Mike’s kitchen.
At Andolini’s everything is made from scratch, using FRESH ingredients without additives. Jim and Mike’s relentless insistence of uing the best products is a result of their experiences in the US Marine Corps and growing up with a father who is a USMC Lt. Lt. Colonel (Ret.).
Everything that’s served at Andolini’s is prepared following Jim and Mike’s home recipes. That means the smoked mozz is made with fresh hickory chips, the pistachio pesto is blended from fresh basil leaves, extra virgin olive oil and real pistachios. The meatballs are a special mixture of ground beef, Italian sausage and fresh basil. The DELICIOUS whole milk mozzarella is made by hand using fresh curd! The pizza dough is made from specially milled high gluten flour and hand tossed for each order.
